  The valve is widely used in building material, mining, power, glass, light industries etc. It is applied in hot windpipe system of smoke, waste gas management and in boiler, stove, and blast furnace of recycles heat. It is the ideal equipment to save energy and switch high temperature gas.

Structure characteristic

  旋(xuan)轉高溫三通閥(fa)采用超強度熱(rè)強鋼、不鏽鋼和(hé)優♊質碳素鋼🔱焊(hàn)接。耐溫700℃，為雙層(céng)結構，夾層襯有(yǒu)阻燃、耐溫保熱(re)材料，内有耐♻️熱(rè)鋼作耐熱層，耐(nai)溫1000℃，内襯耐火材(cái)料和隔熱層。該(gai)閥磨擦小、耐磨(mó)性高，且高溫不(bú)變形、不脫碳。

  The valve is welded in high strength heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and fine carbon steel. The structure is dual-layer, which can endure 700℃. The material lined in interlayer has the features of anti-burning, endurable temperature and saving energy. The ovenproof layer is refractory steel that can endure 1000℃. The lining is fire lining and heat insulation layer. The valve is little in attrition, endurable and distortion and decarbonization wouldn’t happen in the condition of high temperature.

工作原(yuán)理：

Working principle:

  旋轉高溫三(san)通閥由閥體、旋(xuan)轉翻闆、密封副(fù)、軸和傳動裝🤩置(zhì)等部件構成。由(yóu)傳動裝置帶動(dòng)軸和搖臂使旋(xuán)轉翻闆根據🐇工(gong)況☀️需要轉換氣(qi)流方向，達到封(fēng)閉通道的密封(fēng)狀态。開啟🌈通道(dào)則通暢無阻。反(fan)之，則轉換氣流(liu)方向。

  XSTS 手動配用(yòng)蝸輪傳動裝置(zhi)。用鍊輪遠距離(li)操作，經蝸輪副(fu)帶動軸作旋轉(zhuan)，達到介質換向(xiang)的目的。

  XSTQ 氣動裝(zhuāng)置配用氣動裝(zhuang)置和蝸輪傳動(dòng)裝置。手動由鍊(liàn)輪傳動蝸輪副(fu)，帶動閥軸作旋(xuán)轉，氣動由氣動(dong)推杆推動搖杆(gǎn)帶動閥軸作📱旋(xuán)轉，達到介質換(huan)向的目的。手動(dong)、氣動可無幹擾(rǎo)切換。

  The valve is made up of body, turning disc, seal, axle and transmission device etc. In order to reach the seal state of seal channel, transmission device drives the axle and rocker to exchange the flow direction of gas referring to the working condition. Open the channel the medium will flow without resistance. Otherwise it will exchange the flow direction of gas.

  XSTS is equipped with the worm wheel transmission device. It is operated by chain wheel from long range. Worm wheel drives the axle to make the chain wheel rotate in order to exchange direction of medium.

  XSTQ is equipped with the pneumatic and worm wheel device. The chain wheel drives the worm wheel to rotate the valve axle, which is manual. Draw stem push the rocker to make the axle rotate in order to exchange direction of medium, which is pneumatic. Manual and pneumatic can be exchanged without disturbance.

使用說明

Operation instruction

l 連接(jie)方式：進氣口為(wei)法蘭式連接，兩(liang)個出氣口為對(duì)焊式連接。

l 安裝(zhuang)時請注意進氣(qì)方向（閥體上已(yǐ)标明）， 操作時請(qing)注意翻闆換向(xiàng)的方向。

l 設備在(zài)運行時，應定期(qi)給傳動部分加(jiā)潤滑油和檢查(cha)傳動部分運行(hang)情況。

l 若長期存(cun)放，應使翻闆處(chù)于下通道關閉(bì)狀态，給傳動部(bù)分加㊙️潤滑油，不(bú)要露天堆置。

l The connection of inlet is flange connection. Two vent holes are dual-welded connection.

l Pay attention to the inlet direction, which is marked on body when install the valve and the exchange direction of turning disc when operate.

l Add lubricant to the transmission part and check its operation condition termly.

l The down-channel should be closed when the valve is long stored. Add lubricant to transmission part and the valve can’t be piled up in the open air. 

運(yùn)輸及保管：

Transportation and protection

l 運輸(shū)時應避免撞擊(ji)閥門，閥門應處(chù)于全閉位置以(yǐ)防🔴在運🔅輸中損(sun)壞翻闆。

l 運輸時(shí)傳動裝置應懸(xuan)空，防止傳動軸(zhóu)受力過大而變(biàn)形🌂損壞。

l 傳動裝(zhuāng)置及傳動部位(wèi)應作防潮、防雨(yu)處理。

l 該閥應存(cún)放在幹燥的室(shì)内，不允許露天(tiān)存放或堆置👈。長(zhǎng)期存放時應使(shǐ)閥門處于關閉(bì)狀态，各傳動部(bù)位加💛潤滑油，傳(chuan)🌍動裝置作📧防潮(cháo)、防塵處理。

l Avoid bumping of the valve when transported. The valve should be in close position to prevent from damaging of turning disc.

l The transmission parts should be hung up to avoid the damage of transmission axle.

l Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

l The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
