  This series valve is widely used in metallurgy, building material, oil chemical and electric power industries etc. It is the discharging device of stove and removing dust system.

Structure characteristic:

  該鐘形(xíng)卸灰閥(fa)由閥體(tǐ)、錐形閥(fa)塞、連杆(gan)、驅動裝(zhuāng)置等組(zǔ)💘成，用連(lián)⭐杆拉動(dòng)閥塞上(shang)下運動(dong)完成啟(qi)閉動作(zuo)。其♈中X型(xing)為橡🍉膠(jiao)軟密封(feng)，應用于(yu)冶煉高(gao)爐噴煤(méi)系統的(de)煤粉輸(shū)送控制(zhi)。W型為閥(fá)體本體(ti)材料密(mi)封，應用(yong)于除塵(chen)系統塵(chén)灰輸送(sòng)控制。

  This valve is made up of body, cone valve plug, connected pole, driving device etc. The plug drew by the connected pole moves up and down to complete the action of open and close. Type X denotes rubber soft seal, which is applied to carrying control of coal powder in smelt blast furnace gushing coal system. Type W denotes body material seal, which is applied to carrying control of dust powder in removing dust system.

Working principle:

  手(shou)動鐘形(xíng)卸灰閥(fá)利用力(lì)矩平衡(heng)的方法(fǎ)實現卸(xie)灰。當作(zuo)✏️用于錐(zhui)♻️形塞上(shang)的物料(liao)産生的(de)力矩大(da)于重錘(chui)搖杆産(chan)生的力(li)矩時🏒，錐(zhui)形塞打(dǎ)開向下(xià)卸灰。一(yi)旦積灰(hui)卸去🚶‍♀️後(hòu)，重錘與(yǔ)搖杆産(chan)生的力(li)矩使錐(zhui)形塞迅(xun)速關閥(fa)。落料的(de)頻率及(jí)卸灰量(liàng)依據工(gong)況需要(yào)來調整(zhěng)重錘位(wei)置。

  執行(hang)機構得(dé)到程序(xu)指令後(hou)推動搖(yao)杆使錐(zhui)形塞打(da)開向✂️下(xià)卸灰，積(jī)灰卸去(qu)後，依據(ju)程序規(gui)定時間(jian)，推杆推(tuī)進‼️使錐(zhui)形塞關(guān)閉🌈密閉(bi)。執行機(jī)構的推(tui)出與推(tuī)進都有(you)行程控(kòng)制，同時(shí)反✔️饋開(kai)關信号(hao)。

  The valve realizes discharging using trimming moment. When the moment made by material on cone plug is greater than that of heavy hammer and rocker, the plug will open adown to discharge. After discharge the moment made by heavy hammer and rocker will drive cone plug close quickly. Dropping material frequency and discharge amount is determined by the working condition demand to adjust heavy hammer position.

  Actuator drives the rocker after receives program order, and the rocker drives the plug open adown to discharge dust. Draw stem drives the plug to close according to the program time after discharge. Push and extrusion of actuator are controlled by journey and feed back switch signal at the same time.

l  安裝時(shí)請注意(yì)閘門本(ben)體上标(biao)明介質(zhi)流向，清(qing)除内腔(qiang)附着物(wù)。兩法蘭(lán)連接時(shí)必須加(jiā)密封墊(niàn)片，然後(hou)均🛀勻鎖(suǒ)緊螺栓(shuān)。

l  設備在(zài)運行時(shi)，請定期(qī)給傳動(dong)部分加(jia)潤滑油(you)。執行部(bu)分🌈定期(qi)維護和(hé)檢修。

l  若(ruo)長期存(cun)放應使(shi)設備處(chu)于關閉(bì)狀态，各(ge)傳動部(bu)位加潤(run)滑油，不(bu)允許露(lu)天存放(fang)或堆置(zhi)。

l   Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Clean the inner body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l   Please add lubricant to transmission when equipment is operating and maintain and check the actuator regularly.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
