工(gong)作原理：

Working principle:

  防(fang)爆、安全閥(fa)作為壓縮(suō)、易爆氣體(ti)管道系統(tong)中的卸壓(ya)裝🐪置。當系(xì)統壓力大(dà)于表壓力(lì)時，防爆膜(mo)片則自行(háng)破♻️裂，安全(quan)閥闆則自(zi)行開啟洩(xiè)壓，以防止(zhǐ)系統發生(sheng)爆炸，保證(zhèng)生産和人(ren)🍓身安全。

  The valve is the unloading device of compress easy-exploding pipe. The slice would break itself and the board would open to release pressure automatically when the system pressure is above meter pressure, which can prevent the explosion and protect the production and person’s safety.

  放(fàng)散閥、放風(fēng)閥作為輸(shu)送氣體管(guan)道中的特(te)殊卸壓裝(zhuang)置，可以根(gen)📐據系統需(xu)要，經手動(dong)控制或自(zì)動控制來(lái)完成對管(guǎn)道系統中(zhong)氣體的排(pai)放或補充(chōng)，其密封🤟面(mian)根據不同(tong)工況、不同(tóng)溫度，可采(cai)用橡膠軟(ruǎn)密封或金(jin)屬硬密封(feng)形式。

  The discharging air valve and scatter valve is used in the transporting gas pipe system for special discharging device. It can let or supply the gas in the pipe system by manual or automatic control according to the system demand. Rubber soft sealing or metal hard sealing can be adopted in terms of different working condition and temperature.

安裝(zhuāng)及調試：

Installation and regulation:

l    防(fang)爆、安全閥(fá)作為系統(tǒng)終端或旁(páng)路終端的(de)安全設備(bei)，為法⭕蘭式(shì)連接。

l   防爆(bào)閥、洩爆閥(fa)安全膜片(piàn)，安全閥、安(ān)全閥闆根(gen)據客戶系(xì)統👨‍❤️‍👨****安全壓(yā)力而定。使(shǐ)用時，必須(xū)核對工況(kuang)性能參數(shù)是否與該(gāi)産品相符(fú)，切不可盲(máng)目安裝使(shǐ)用。

l   安裝時(shi)，清理安全(quán)膜片、安全(quan)閥闆，不允(yǔn)許有污垢(gòu)附着，兩法(fa)蘭連接時(shí)，中間需加(jiā)密封墊。

l   防(fáng)爆、安全閥(fá)，保護動作(zuo)後，必須馬(mǎ)上更換安(an)全膜片或(huo)檢查安全(quán)閥闆狀态(tai)。

l   防爆、安全(quan)閥應随時(shi)處于臨界(jiè)動作狀态(tài)，以保護系(xì)統。

l   放散閥(fa)、放風閥的(de)安裝條件(jiàn)必須保證(zhèng)人員安全(quan)，便于操作(zuò)與♌觀察。

l   Anti-exploding or safety valve is the safety equipment on the end of system or side road, which is connected by flanges.

l   Safety film, safety valve and valve board are decided by the max safety pressure of user’s system. Examine the performance parameters of working condition when operate.

l   Clean the safety film and valve board when install and there is no dirt. Add seal cushion between the two flanges.

l   Exchange the safety film or check the state of valve board immediately after protecting action is over.

l   The valve should be in the critical action state at any time in order to protect system.

l   The installation condition must ensure the safety of the operator and make it easy to operate and observe.

運(yun)輸保管：

Transportation and protection:

l   運(yùn)輸時應避(bi)免撞擊閥(fá)門和安全(quan)膜片、安全(quan)閥闆及放(fang)📧風閥的傳(chuán)🏃🏻‍♂️動裝置。

l   閥(fa)門應存放(fàng)在幹燥室(shì)内，不允許(xu)露天存放(fang)或堆置，保(bao)護安全閥(fá)👉閥闆密封(feng)面。放散閥(fa)，放風閥應(ying)對傳動🏃裝(zhuāng)置及傳♻️動(dòng)部位作♋防(fang)鏽、防潮處(chù)理。

l   Avoid bumping valve gate, safety film, safety valve board and transmission device of discharging air valve when transport the valve.

l   Anticorrosive and dampproof measures should be taken to the transmission devices and parts of the discharging air valve and scatter valve.

維護及(ji)檢修：

Maintenance and examination:

l   定期(qi)檢查各安(an)全閥，防爆(bào)閥的運行(hang)情況。

l   如出(chu)現安全閥(fá)、防爆閥的(de)安全膜片(piàn)爆破後，請(qǐng)在排除系(xì)統故障後(hòu)及時更換(huàn)安全膜片(piàn)。

l   對放風閥(fá)的執行機(jī)構定期檢(jiǎn)查，對傳動(dong)部分加潤(run)滑油🧡，定期(qī)更換潤滑(hua)脂。

l   對密閉(bì)狀況要定(dìng)期檢查，及(ji)時更換。

l   Check the working condition of the safety valve and anti-explosion valve regularly.

l   If the safety film of safety valve and anti-explosion valve is demolished, please exchange the safety film in time after solve the failure.

l   Check the actuator of the discharging air valve regularly. Add lubricant to the transmission parts and replace the lubricant grease regularly.

l   Check the sealing condition regularly and replace in time.
