  This valve is widely used at the top and bottom of store house and carrying port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to open and close frequently and to stop quickly.

  體(ti)腔内設灰鬥(dou)卸料，避免物(wù)料沖擊體腔(qiang)，延長了使用(yong)壽命，閘✌️闆運(yun)動由滑輪導(dao)向，減小了運(yun)動阻力，操作(zuò)更加靈活、切(qie)斷快速，特别(bié)适用于各類(lèi)微帶粘度的(de)固體、粉料及(jí)小于Φ10mm的顆粒(lì)料，晶粒料的(de)輸送及流量(liàng)調節，安裝不(bú)受角度限制(zhi)， 能随時調節(jiē)開度。該閥✏️門(men)有手輪和鍊(liàn)輪兩種操🧡作(zuo)形式，I型為手(shǒu)輪，II為鍊輪。單(dān)向和雙向兩(liǎng)種結構形式(shì)，HZD為單向，HZS為雙(shuang)向。

  There is dust- ladle in body, which prevents body from impacting of material and prolongs the service life. The slide plate is guided by pulley, which reduces motive resistance. The valve is handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material of little viscosity, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle. The position of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. TypeⅠ means manual wheel. Type Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction HZD is signal direction and HZS is double direction.

工作原(yuan)理：

Working principle

  主要由框(kuang)架、閘闆、絲杆(gǎn)、螺母等零件(jian)構成，人工轉(zhuan)動手輪使帶(dài)動🌂絲杆螺母(mu)和閘闆作水(shuǐ)平方向往複(fú)運✨動，達🔞到啟(qǐ)🆚閉目的。閘闆(pǎn)的運動像刀(dāo)鍘一樣能切(qie)斷滞留在❄️灰(huī)鬥上的物料(liào)，達到密封狀(zhuàng)态。

  It is made up of frame, slide plate, screw bolt, nut etc. rotate the hand wheel to realize the horizontal reciprocating motion of nut and slide plate and the open-close of gate. The movement of slide plate is like that of hay cutter, which can cut off the material lagging on the dust-ladle and make the valve in sealed state.

Usage explanation:

l  本閥(fa)可水平安裝(zhuāng)或垂直安裝(zhuāng)，安裝時兩法(fa)蘭連接中間(jian)必須加🌈密封(feng)墊片，然後鎖(suo)緊螺栓。

l  操作(zuo)時手輪順時(shí)針旋轉為閥(fa)關，反之為開(kai)，不得在手輪(lún)上💯再增加輔(fu)助杠杆。

l  若長(zhang)期存放應使(shǐ)設備處于關(guān)閉狀态，各傳(chuán)動部位應🔱加(jiā)🌐潤🈚滑油，不允(yun)許露天存放(fang)或堆置。

l   It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   You cannot add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   The device should be in the shutdown if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open and piling up is not permitted.
