  This valve is welded in fine steel. It has the features of simple structure, ease to open and close and no obstruction etc. Determine the open angle of valve and adjust material flow according to the working condition with transmission orientation device. It is especially suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid material less than Φ30mm.

Working principle:

  扇形閘門由本體(ti)、扇形閘闆、軸、密封(fēng)副、執行機構等部(bu)✨件構💁成。手動或執(zhí)行機構推動搖杆(gǎn)使扇形閘闆沿軸(zhóu)📱心旋轉開啟，物料(liao)随即下落。待接料(liao)裝置滿載後再推(tui)動搖杆使扇形☀️閘(zha)闆複位，關閉截斷(duàn)下落的物料。

  The valve is made up of body disc, axle, seal, actuator etc. Manus or actuator drives rocker to make the disc rotate and open along axis and then material drop. Push rocker rotate to make the disc replace after fill up the device and cut down the dropping material.

使用(yong)說明：

Usage explanation:

l  安裝時請注(zhù)意閘門本體上标(biāo)明介質流向，兩法(fa)蘭連接時必需加(jia)密封墊片，然後均(jun1)勻鎖緊螺栓。

l  運行(háng)時請辨清扇形閘(zhá)闆開關方向。執行(hang)機構請正确👄接線(xian)。

l  若長期存放應使(shǐ)設備處于關閉狀(zhuàng)态，各傳動部位♉加(jia)潤滑油，不允許露(lù)天存放或堆置。

l   Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l  Please identify the direction of switch of disc. Actuator must be connected exactly.

l  Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
