  The valve is widely used in building material, mining, power, glass, light industries etc. It is applied in hot windpipe system of smoke, waste gas management and in boiler, stove, and blast furnace of recycles heat. It is the ideal equipment to save energy and switch high temperature gas.

  旋(xuan)轉高溫(wen)三通閥(fá)采用超(chao)強度熱(re)強鋼、不(bu)鏽鋼和(hé)優質碳(tàn)素鋼焊(hàn)接。耐溫(wēn)700℃，為雙層(céng)結構，夾(jiá)層襯有(yǒu)阻燃、耐(nài)溫保📞熱(rè)材料，内(nei)有耐熱(rè)鋼🏃🏻作耐(nai)熱層，耐(nai)溫1000℃，内襯(chen)耐火材(cai)料和🥰隔(gé)熱層。該(gāi)閥磨擦(ca)小、耐磨(mo)性高，且(qiě)高溫不(bu)變形、不(bu)脫碳。

  The valve is welded in high strength heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and fine carbon steel. The structure is dual-layer, which can endure 700℃. The material lined in interlayer has the features of anti-burning, endurable temperature and saving energy. The ovenproof layer is refractory steel that can endure 1000℃. The lining is fire lining and heat insulation layer. The valve is little in attrition, endurable and distortion and decarbonization wouldn’t happen in the condition of high temperature.

Working principle:

  旋轉(zhuan)高溫三(san)通閥由(yóu)閥體、旋(xuan)轉翻闆(pǎn)、密封副(fu)、軸和傳(chuán)動裝置(zhi)等✌️部👨‍❤️‍👨件(jiàn)構成。由(yóu)傳動裝(zhuāng)置帶動(dòng)軸和搖(yao)臂使旋(xuán)轉翻闆(pan)根據工(gōng)況需要(yào)轉換氣(qi)流方向(xiàng)，達到封(fēng)閉通道(dao)的密封(feng)狀态。開(kai)啟通道(dao)則通暢(chàng)無阻。反(fǎn)之，則轉(zhuǎn)換氣流(liú)方向。

  XSTS 手(shǒu)動配用(yong)蝸輪傳(chuán)動裝置(zhi)。用鍊輪(lún)遠距離(li)操作，經(jing)蝸輪副(fù)帶動☔軸(zhou)作旋轉(zhuǎn)，達到介(jiè)質換向(xiang)的目的(de)。

  XSTQ 氣動裝(zhuang)置配用(yòng)氣動裝(zhuāng)置和蝸(wo)輪傳動(dòng)裝置。手(shǒu)動由🔆鍊(liàn)輪傳動(dong)✍️蝸輪副(fù)，帶動閥(fá)軸作旋(xuán)轉，氣動(dong)由氣動(dòng)推杆推(tui)❌動搖👈杆(gǎn)帶動閥(fá)💰軸作旋(xuan)轉，達到(dào)介質換(huàn)向的目(mù)的。手動(dong)、氣動可(kě)無幹擾(rao)切換。

  The valve is made up of body, turning disc, seal, axle and transmission device etc. In order to reach the seal state of seal channel, transmission device drives the axle and rocker to exchange the flow direction of gas referring to the working condition. Open the channel the medium will flow without resistance. Otherwise it will exchange the flow direction of gas.

  XSTS is equipped with the worm wheel transmission device. It is operated by chain wheel from long range. Worm wheel drives the axle to make the chain wheel rotate in order to exchange direction of medium.

  XSTQ is equipped with the pneumatic and worm wheel device. The chain wheel drives the worm wheel to rotate the valve axle, which is manual. Draw stem push the rocker to make the axle rotate in order to exchange direction of medium, which is pneumatic. Manual and pneumatic can be exchanged without disturbance.

使用(yòng)說明

Operation instruction

l 連(lian)接方式(shì)：進氣口(kǒu)為法蘭(lan)式連接(jiē)，兩個出(chū)氣口為(wéi)對焊式(shì)連接。

l 安(an)裝時請(qing)注意進(jin)氣方向(xiàng)（閥體上(shàng)已标明(ming)）， 操作時(shi)請注意(yi)翻闆換(huan)向的方(fāng)向。

l 設備(bei)在運行(háng)時，應定(ding)期給傳(chuan)動部分(fèn)加潤滑(huá)油和檢(jiǎn)查傳⛹🏻‍♀️動(dòng)部分運(yùn)行情況(kuàng)。

l 若長期(qi)存放，應(yīng)使翻闆(pǎn)處于下(xia)通道關(guan)閉狀态(tài)，給傳動(dong)部分加(jiā)潤滑油(you)，不要露(lù)天堆置(zhì)。

l The connection of inlet is flange connection. Two vent holes are dual-welded connection.

l Pay attention to the inlet direction, which is marked on body when install the valve and the exchange direction of turning disc when operate.

l Add lubricant to the transmission part and check its operation condition termly.

l The down-channel should be closed when the valve is long stored. Add lubricant to transmission part and the valve can’t be piled up in the open air. 

運輸及(jí)保管：

Transportation and protection

l 運(yun)輸時應(yīng)避免撞(zhuang)擊閥門(mén)，閥門應(yīng)處于全(quán)閉位置(zhi)以防在(zài)運輸中(zhong)損壞翻(fan)闆。

l 運輸(shū)時傳動(dong)裝置應(ying)懸空，防(fang)止傳動(dong)軸受力(li)過大而(ér)變形損(sun)壞。

l 傳動(dong)裝置及(ji)傳動部(bu)位應作(zuo)防潮、防(fáng)雨處理(lǐ)。

l 該閥應(ying)存放在(zai)幹燥的(de)室内，不(bu)允許露(lu)天存放(fàng)或堆❄️置(zhi)。長期存(cun)放時應(ying)使閥門(men)處于關(guan)閉狀态(tai)，各傳動(dòng)部位加(jiā)潤滑油(yóu)，傳動裝(zhuang)置作防(fáng)潮、防塵(chén)處理。

l Avoid bumping of the valve when transported. The valve should be in close position to prevent from damaging of turning disc.

l The transmission parts should be hung up to avoid the damage of transmission axle.

l Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

l The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
