  This valve is widely used in the pipe system such as venting and environment protection in building material, glass, mining, power, light industry and papermaking departments. It can change the flow and cut off gas medium in the pipe by the different control signal.

  The valve has the features of lightweight, compact structure, endurance, little in the lost of flow resistance, high working pressure, flexible operation, definite direction, easy to maintenance and long life. It can be installed at any angle. It is suitable in the condition of adjusting, cutting off and self-protecting quickly. The valve is used with DKJ, ZKJ, Bernard electric actuator and other accessory to form a complete set to realize manual and automatic exchange without interference, micro-computer long-range control, automatic control or center concentrating control. It is the ideal equipment of realizing operation of automatic control and adjusting flow.

工(gōng)作原理：

Working principle

采(cǎi)用雙偏心(xin)密封結構(gou)，關閉時越(yue)關越緊，開(kāi)啟後确保(bao)密封✍️面與(yǔ)密封圈完(wan)全脫離接(jiē)觸，保護密(mì)封圈不受(shòu)損💚傷，延長(zhǎng)使用壽命(mìng)。密封面、密(mì)封圈選用(yòng)不鏽鋼制(zhì)作，其耐鏽(xiu)蝕、耐高溫(wen)性保證了(le)密封性能(néng)的可靠🌂。采(cǎi)用半軸結(jie)構，蝶闆為(wéi)桁架式結(jie)構，其強💚度(dù)高、過流☂️面(mian)積大、流阻(zu)小、節省能(neng)源。本閥具(jù)有介質雙(shuāng)向截止密(mì)封功能，其(qí)❗滲漏量為(wéi)零。

手動高(gao)性能密閉(bi)蝶閥；通過(guo)轉動手輪(lun)，經蝸輪副(fù)減🔞速，帶♋動(dong)閥軸、蝶闆(pan)作90°範圍内(nei)的旋轉，達(dá)到截斷、連(lián)通或調節(jiē)流量的目(mù)的。閥門的(de)開啟或關(guān)閉位置均(jun1)由限位機(ji)構限位，并(bìng)有指示機(ji)構顯示蝶(dié)闆位置狀(zhuàng)态。

自動高(gao)性能密閉(bì)蝶閥；由電(dian)動執行器(qi)接受變送(song)、調節DCS、PLC等上(shang)位儀表的(de)控制信号(hao)或操作器(qi)手控信号(hào)，輸出角位(wèi)移帶動傳(chuan)動軸，把動(dong)力傳給閥(fa)軸帶動蝶(die)闆作同步(bu)旋轉運動(dong)，達到全開(kai)、全🌍閉及任(rèn)🙇🏻意調節的(de)目🏃🏻‍♂️的。電動(dong)執行器與(yǔ)蝶闆的開(kai)度同步反(fǎn)饋0～10mA或 4～20mA直流(liu)電信号，用(yong)戶可🔞根據(ju)電流信号(hào)來控制蝶(die)🆚闆的任意(yì)開❄️度，達到(dao)調節的目(mù)的。

The valve adopts double eccentric sealed structure. The more it is close, the more it is tight. The sealing surface will separate from sealing ring, which prevent the sealing ring from damaging. The material of sealing surface and ring is stainless steel whose resistance of abrasion and high temperature ensure the reliability of sealing performance. It adopts half shaft structure and the butterfly disc is trussed structure, having the features of great strength, big flow area, little lost of flow resistance and saving energy. The valve has the function of stopping and sealing medium in double directions and without leakage.

Manual high performance sealed butterfly valve: rotate hand wheel to drive the valve axle and butterfly disc rotate in the range of 90°to cut off, connect or adjust the flow. The open or close position of the valve gate is limited by the limit device. The indicating device displays the position of butterfly disc.

Automatic high performance sealed butterfly valve: control signal or manual signal of DCS or PLC meter is accepted, adjusted and transmitted by electric actuator. Then the actuator outputs the angle moving to drive the transmission shaft. It drives the axle and disc rotating synchronously in order to adjust freely, full open and close. The open angle between actuator and disc’s sync feedback DC signal is 0～10mA or 4～20mA. User can control the random open angle of disc according as the current signal.

安裝及(jí)調試：

Installation and regulation

l  安裝(zhuang)前必須清(qing)潔閥體内(nei)腔，不允許(xu)有任何雜(zá)物和污垢(gou)附着（特别(bie)注意密封(feng)面、密封圈(quan)的清潔）。

l  安(an)裝前檢查(chá)閥門各部(bù)位是否有(yǒu)松動現象(xiàng)，對閥門進(jin)行🆚開啟、關(guan)閉一個周(zhōu)期是否有(you)異常現象(xiàng)，同時檢查(cha)閥門的啟(qi)閉位置是(shi)否準确。

l  水(shui)平安裝或(huo)垂直安裝(zhuang)的閥門閥(fá)軸應處于(yú)水平位置(zhì)，傳動裝😄置(zhì)不允許作(zuò)起吊用，并(bing)嚴禁損傷(shang)。

l  本閥具有(you)一定的雙(shuāng)向密封性(xìng)能，若隻需(xu)控制單方(fāng)向💔流動的(de)介質時，其(qí)安裝方向(xiang)應參照閥(fá)體上箭頭(tou)所示，該箭(jiàn)頭所指為(wéi)介質流向(xiang)。

l  安裝如示(shì)意圖，加密(mì)封墊後均(jun)勻鎖緊聯(lian)接螺栓。

l  調(diào)整完成後(hou)必須進行(háng)綜合性能(neng)檢查：接通(tōng)電源開啟(qǐ)閥門，當閥(fá)門至“全開(kāi)”“全閉”位置(zhì)時，行程控(kòng)制機構應(yīng)準确地切(qiē)斷電源，而(ér)轉矩限位(wei)機構處于(yu)臨界動作(zuò)狀态。開度(du)指示機構(gòu)應準确🌐地(dì)顯示閥門(men)的開啟狀(zhuàng)态。

l  電動切(qiē)換手動操(cāo)作時，應切(qiē)斷電源，不(bu)得在手輪(lun)上再✌️增加(jia)輔助杠杆(gǎn)，手輪順時(shí)針旋轉為(wei)關，反之為(wei)開，閥闆開(kāi)啟角度為(wei)0°~90°。

l   The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body, especially the sealing surface and ring.

l   Check the valve gate before install. Open and close the valve by hand for a period and check the open-close position of the valve gate.

l   The valve axle must be on the horizontal position when installed in horizontal or vertical. The transmission device cannot be hoisted and avoid damage when installed.

l   The valve has the feature of double-sealing performance. The installation direction should refer to the arrow on the valve body, which indicates the medium flow direction, when control the flow of medium in single direction. 

l   Installation of flange connecting valve is on diagram. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

l   Synthetic performance of the valve must be done after adjust is over: turn on the power and open the valve, the stroke control device should cut down the power exactly when the valve is in the state of full open or full close. While the torque limit device is in critical state. The open angle indicating device should display the open state of the valve gate exactly.

l   The power must be shut down when operating by manual. Assistant pole can’t be added to hand wheel. Clockwise rotation of hand wheel means open and anticlockwise means close. Open angle is 0~90°.

運輸及保(bao)管：

Transportation and protection

l  運輸時(shi)應避免撞(zhuang)擊蝶閥及(jí)傳動裝置(zhì)，閥門應處(chu)于全閉位(wèi)置，以✏️防在(zài)運輸中密(mi)封面和傳(chuán)動部件損(sǔn)壞。

l  當閥門(mén)水平放置(zhì)運輸時，傳(chuan)動裝置及(jí)傳動部位(wei)應懸🛀空，以(yi)防止傳動(dong)軸受力過(guo)大而變形(xing)損壞。

l  該閥(fá)應存放在(zai)幹燥的室(shi)内，不允許(xǔ)露天存放(fang)或堆置。長(zhǎng)期存放時(shi)應使閥門(men)處于關閉(bi)狀态，各傳(chuán)動部位加(jia)潤滑油，傳(chuan)☔動裝置作(zuo)防潮、防塵(chen)處理。

l   Avoid bumping of valve and transmission device. The valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of sealing surface and driving part.

l   Transmission device and part should be hung up when the valve is in horizontal in order to prevent damage of driving axle.

l   The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

維護(hù)及檢修：

Maintenance and examination

l  定(ding)期檢查傳(chuán)動裝置的(de)運行情況(kuàng)：電機部分(fèn)、控制開關(guan)是🈲否🔴異常(cháng)。

l  定期給閥(fa)的傳動部(bu)位加潤滑(huá)油。

l  定期檢(jian)查閥的密(mi)封填料處(chù)，補充、更換(huan)填料以防(fang)介❓質外洩(xie)。

l  對閥門周(zhou)期性維護(hù)時應全面(mian)檢查閥的(de)各密封部(bù)位、傳動部(bù)👣位，對各密(mì)封部位應(ying)進行檢測(ce)，對檢測數(shù)據應記錄(lu)在案。

l   Check the working condition of electric parts, control switch and sealing of pneumatic device regularly.

l   Add lubricant to the transmission parts regularly.

l   Check the sealing filler of the valve regularly. Complement or change filler avoiding leakage of medium.

l   Check the sealing parts and transmission parts thoroughly. Detect the sealing parts and the detecting data should be registered.
