  The material adjustor is widely used in building material, mining, metallurgy, oil chemical and electric power industries etc. it adjusts, absorbs and slows the impact and powder rising, which is aroused by the material falling from high altitude. It is used in the system of material processing, transporting and filtering. The material slide to the receiver device equably, calmly and regularly. The type of the adjustor is various and the applicability is wide. There is no need to setup other material cushion device and guiding device when the adjustor is installed in working system.

  The adjustor is the newest and most advanced product which is designed on the base of all kinds of material discharging and adjusting equipment. The structure makes use of lever principle. The transmission type is particular and the figure is close. It has features of compact structure, flexible open and close, endurance, reliable operation and long life etc. The flying powder dust of falling material can be closed in the body. The pumping among dust grain can reduce the moving until dust is immobile. Dust can not overflow to pollute environment so we can have a good operating circumstance.

  調(diào)節器密封腔(qiang)體容器内，設(she)有可自動開(kāi)啟、關閉，轉🌍動(dong)靈活可靠并(bìng)具有抗沖擊(ji)、抗振動、耐磨(mo)損能力的擋(dang)闆。擋闆的運(yùn)行由⛱️帶有一(yī)配重塊的連(lian)杆來實現，連(lian)杆及配重塊(kuai)均封閉于兩(liǎng)側箱體内。當(dāng)調節器存有(yǒu)一定量的物(wu)料時，擋闆便(biàn)自動打開，物(wù)🆚料順着擋❓闆(pan)開口自然、均(jun)勻、平穩地溜(liu)下，粉塵仍然(ran)封存于調節(jiē)器内不能溢(yì)出。調節器的(de)減振裝置消(xiāo)除了擋闆及(jí)配重塊❤️在開(kāi)啟、關閉過程(cheng)中的振力。

  The baffle is set in the sealing body of adjustor, which can open or close automatically, running freely. The baffle also can resist impact and quiver and the ability of anti-abrasion is great. The baffle is controlled by the connecting pole with a heavy block. The connecting pole and heavy block are closed in the body on two sides. The baffle can open automatically when there is some material in the adjustor. The material slip along the baffle smoothly and powder dust is remained in the body. The shock absorber can clear the shock force which is produced when the baffle and heavy block open and close.

使用說(shuō)明：

Usage explanation

l  安裝前必(bi)須清潔閥門(men)内腔，不允許(xǔ)有任何雜物(wù)和污垢附着(zhe)。

l  安裝前先檢(jiǎn)查閥門各傳(chuán)動部分是否(fǒu)完好，試運行(hang)無誤後将閥(fa)😍門處于全閉(bi)狀态再進行(hang)安裝。

l  法蘭連(lián)接時兩法蘭(lan)間必須加密(mì)封墊，然後均(jun)勻鎖緊聯接(jiē)螺栓。

l  根據客(ke)戶實際工況(kuang)需要調整配(pei)重塊來保證(zhèng)下料🌈量及下(xia)料頻🐆率。

l   The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body

l   Check the transmission part before install. Close the valve and install the valve after there is no mistake.

l   Add sealed shim between the two flanges. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

l   Adjust the heavy block according to the working condition of user to ensure the feeding amount and feeding frequency.

運輸(shu)及保管：

Transportation and protection

l  運輸(shu)時避免撞擊(jī)調節器，調節(jie)器擋闆應處(chu)于全閉位置(zhi)，以防在運輸(shū)中擋闆及傳(chuan)動部件損壞(huài)。

l  運輸時傳動(dong)部位應作防(fáng)潮、防雨處理(lǐ)。

l  調節器應存(cun)放在幹燥的(de)室内，不允許(xu)露天存放或(huò)堆置。

l  調節器(qì)長期存放時(shi)應使設備處(chu)于關閉狀态(tai)，各傳動部位(wei)加潤滑油,作(zuo)防潮、防塵處(chù)理。

l   Avoid bumping and the baffle is in full close in order to avoid damage of baffle and driving part

l   Treatment of dampproof and vainproof should be done to transmission part when transport.

l   The adjustor should be stored in dry room and can not be stored or piled up in open air.

l   It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

維護及檢(jian)修：

Maintenance and examination

l  定期檢查(chá)各傳動部位(wèi)的運行情況(kuàng)。

l  定期給各傳(chuán)動部位加潤(run)滑油。

l  每次檢(jian)修後，應重新(xīn)調整配重設(she)施，對檢修情(qing)況作記錄。

l   Examine the operation condition of transmission parts regularly.

l   Add lubricant to transmission parts regularly.

l   Adjust heavy device and note the examination result after examining.
